Focus week at TPC Sawgrass is finally back to the person who holds the Cup, as it should. PGA Tour had reason to celebrate for a few reasons. It has a decent juara in Matt Kuchar, who became a champion of money two years ago and has a smile that made him a fan favorite. Also, the tournament finished on Sunday.

Broadcaster famous Gus Johnson kick around a football game called the Philadelphia Inquirer (blog)

If you follow college football or basketball, you’ve almost certainly heard the voice of Gus Johnson before. Fox play-by-play announcer, formerly CBS, has developed one of the most recognizable voices in announcing the American sports.

In a few weeks, Johnson has his talent to a new sport: soccer. Twitter posts from European football such as the San Siro Stadium in Milan has sparked rumors that he might be headed for a role in the coverage of the World Cup 2014 Fox.

And of course, there is the famous YouTube mashup Johnson and Bill Raftery comments placed on Landon Donovan goal in Algeria in World Cup 2010.

For now, though, Johnson has just put Her feet in the waters of vast game world. He had taken a job as the voice of play-by-play radio San Jose Earthquakes, and his second stint with the team that had brought it to PPL Park on Saturday.

(The first was the earthquake game in New York Red Bulls two weeks ago.)
